This page explains what your Refer a Friend Premium licence includes, and how to manage it in your wpgens.com account.
What the licence covers
Your licence key gives you plugin updates and support for as many sites as your plan allows. Plans differ by number of sites: one site, up to 3 sites, or unlimited sites. Yearly and lifetime options are available. See the product page for current prices.
- Yearly plans include one year of updates and support, and renew automatically each year.
- Lifetime plans never expire, so there are no renewals.
The plugin keeps working if your licence expires. You stop getting new versions, including security and WooCommerce compatibility fixes.
Where to find things in your account
Log in at wpgens.com and open Purchase History.

Sites and activations
Each site where you save the key uses one activation. Local and staging sites, such as domains ending in .local or .test, or starting with staging. or dev., don’t count.
To move the plugin to a new domain, deactivate the old site in Manage Sites, then save the key on the new site.
Upgrade to more sites
Go to Purchase History → View Licenses and click View Upgrades next to your key. You pay the difference, and your key stays the same.
Renewals
Yearly plans renew automatically with the payment method you used. You get a reminder email before renewal. To stop it, cancel the subscription in Subscriptions. Your licence then stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
If your licence has already expired, renew it from Purchase History → View Licenses.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase. Renewals aren’t refunded. See the Terms and Conditions.
