Limit Points Redemption Per Order #

You can control how many points a customer must use at minimum and the maximum they’re allowed to apply per order.

To configure:

  1. Go to Points & Rewards > Setup.
  2. In the Points to Currency Conversion area, enter:
    • Minimum Points Required: Customers can only apply points if they have this amount or more.
    • Maximum Points Allowed: This limits the total number of points that can be redeemed per order.
