Using Loyalty Program for WooCommerce with Crocoblocks

Loyalty Program for WooCommerce works with Crocoblocks — whether you are using the Crocoblocks suite with Elementor or with the WordPress block editor. This guide covers both scenarios.

Available Shortcodes

The plugin provides three shortcodes for embedding loyalty features on any page:

• [WPGENS_LOYALTY_PAGE] — The main customer loyalty dashboard. Displays the points balance, points history, enrollment, and rank progress. Place this on your dedicated loyalty page.
• [WPGENS_POINTS_CONVERSION] — A redemption notice that lets customers convert their points to a discount on the cart or checkout page.
• [WPGENS_POINTS_EARNING] — Shows customers how many points they will earn for the current order. Useful on product, cart, and checkout pages.

Option 1: Crocoblocks with Elementor (JetElements / JetEngine)

If you are building pages with Elementor and the Crocoblocks plugin suite (JetElements, JetEngine, etc.), use the standard Elementor Shortcode widget to embed loyalty features:

1. Open the page in the Elementor editor.
2. Search for the Shortcode widget in the widget panel.
3. Drag it into the desired section.
4. Paste the shortcode (e.g. [WPGENS_LOYALTY_PAGE]) into the widget’s shortcode field.
5. Click Update to save.

Alternatively, JetEngine’s HTML widget or any widget that accepts raw HTML/shortcodes will also work.

Option 2: Crocoblocks with the WordPress Block Editor (Gutenberg)

If you are using Crocoblocks tools that work within the WordPress block editor (such as JetFormBuilder or JetEngine blocks), you have two options:

Use Native Loyalty Program Blocks

The Loyalty Program plugin registers native Gutenberg blocks that you can insert directly from the block inserter:

• Loyalty Landing Page — the full loyalty dashboard block.
• Loyalty Points Conversion Notice — the points redemption notice for cart/checkout.
• Points Earning Notice — shows points to be earned on the current order.

Search for “Loyalty” or “Points” in the block inserter (+ button) to find them.

Use a Shortcode Block

Alternatively, insert a core Shortcode block and paste any of the shortcodes listed above.

Recommended Page Setup

• Create a Loyalty Program page with [WPGENS_LOYALTY_PAGE] (or the Loyalty Landing Page block) and register it under Loyalty Program → Settings → General → Loyalty Page.
• Add [WPGENS_POINTS_CONVERSION] to the Cart and/or Checkout page template.
• Optionally add [WPGENS_POINTS_EARNING] to Cart or Checkout to encourage order completion.
