Adding Social Media Links for Rewards #
This area allows you to define custom links for key actions and features related to your Points and Rewards program. These URLs are used in emails, buttons, referral links, and landing pages – making them essential for a seamless user experience.
Properly setting these ensures customers are directed to the correct pages for signing in, registering, reviewing products, or performing social actions that can earn them points.
To set this up:
- Go to Points & Rewards > Settings
- Scroll to the Social Links section.
- Add URLs for the platforms you’re using:
- Facebook Page – Links to your brand’s Facebook page (used when customers earn points for liking)
- Twitter Page – Links to your brand’s Twitter/X profile
- Instagram Page – Links to your brand’s Instagram profile
- TikTok Page – Link to your TikTok profile
- Place Order Page – Optional URL to direct users back to the shop or a custom page for placing orders
- Product Review Page – Directs users to leave product reviews (earning action must be enabled)
- Register Page URL – to your site’s user registration page
- Sign In Page URL – to the login/sign-in page
- Save your settings.
These URLs are used dynamically in emails, landing pages, and referral flows. Make sure they are always accurate and point to live, public-facing pages.
