- Enable the toggle: Points to Currency Conversion.
- Set the Conversion Rate, Minimum Points Required, and Maximum Points Allowed.
- Save your settings.
Where Points Conversion is Displayed #
Under Points & Rewards > Frontend Display, you control how and when customers see their points earning/redeeming options – including Points Conversion visibility at Checkout.
Key Settings in Frontend Display that affect Points Conversion: #
- Points Redemption Form
- Hide Points Redemption Form on Checkout if Zero Balance – Hides the conversion form for users with no points.
- Auto Open Points Redemption Form – Expands the form by default on checkout page load.
- Points Earning Box
- Though not directly related to conversion, this box shows how many points will be earned, encouraging point usage.
Don’t forget to set a conversion rate and save your changes.
