Support
We distribute “WPGens Plugins” and other plugins “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like, or that they will be compatible with all third-party components and plugins. We do not offer support for WordPress or other WordPress plugins we have not developed.
Free support service for “WPGens Plugins” from WordPress.org support forum page is no guaranteed.
Purchasing a license key gives you access to the Priority Support Ticket system. Support and automatic updates are provided for a term of 12 months from the time of purchase. After 12 months the license will need to be renewed in order to continue receiving Priority Support and automatic updates.
Whilst we attempt to provide the best support possible for our plugins, we do not guarantee that any particular support query can, or will be answered to the extent, or within a timeframe that the inquirer is completely satisfied.
Automatic Updates
Automatic Update are available to customers who have purchased a support license in accordance with the license they have purchased. A Personal site license provides automatic updates for a single site and A Business license provides automatic upgrades for up to 3 sites. You may not share or resell access to your support license key.
Automatic updates are provided for a term of 12 months from the time of purchase. After 12 months the license will need to be renewed in order to continue receiving support and product updates.
Delivery
After we have successfully processed your payment, you will receive an email with the download link and support license key. If you do not receive an email, please contact us.
Your license key is available in your account area along with your plugin downloads. You can download the plugin by logging into the account created for you when purchasing the plugin and clicking on the appropriate link.
Access to re-download purchased files will be granted so long as your license key is valid. If a license key expires, download access to the associated files will be discontinued until such time as the license key is renewed.
Transactional Emails
We may on occasion sends you email notifications related to your support license. These transactional emails may include notification of licensing changes, changes to our terms and conditions, license expiration notices and other transactional emails related to your purchase. By purchasing a support license you agree to receive these transactional emails.
Warranty
Plugins sold and distributed through the website, are done so in the hope that they will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Inasmuch as WordPress functions correctly on a clean install of itself, “WPGens Plugins” are guaranteed to function on a clean install of the minimum, stable and required version of WordPress and WooCommerce. Because the number and variety of plugins is vast and wide, we do not guarantee that the plugin will function with all third-party plugins, themes or browsers of any kind. We do not assume responsibility and will not be held responsible for any conflicts or compatibility issues that may occur due to third-party software. We assume no responsibility for any data loss as a result of installing or using “WPGens Plugins”. Should conflicts occur with third-party software, we may provides support at our discretion. Additionally, we are not liable and will not be held responsible for any personal loss, site damage, site errors, theft, fraud, loss of profits or revenue, loss of business or opportunities, or loss of customers or clients as a result of installing or using “WPGens Plugins”.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a support license key without prior notice or consent. Any price change will be reflected on the website. In the event that any price is lowered, you will not be entitled to a refund in the difference in the price from the time you purchased.
Refunds
If you have problems getting plugin(s) to work, in the first place, you must allow us to try and help fix any issue you are experiencing. If the issue can’t be fixed and doesn’t depend on an incompatibility problem with a third party’s product, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 14 days since the initial purchase. After 14 days, no refunds will be given. Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem you have by opening a ticket in our support desk.
NOTE: refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.
By subscribing to LoyalGenie that has monthly recurring fee, you agree to a monthly recurring fee that will be automatically charged to your payment method on file. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is accurate and up to date.
If you decide to stop using our service, it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for any recurring charges that occur after you have stopped using the service but have not canceled your subscription. We encourage you to carefully monitor your subscription status to avoid unwanted charges.
- Monthly Subscriptions: No email notifications will be sent prior to the monthly recurring charge. It is your responsibility to monitor your subscription status and cancel it if you no longer wish to use the service.
- Yearly Subscriptions: We will send an email notification prior to the renewal of your yearly subscription. This notification will remind you of the upcoming charge and give you the opportunity to cancel if you do not wish to renew.
